Text Messages

When CFMSite sends a text message, who it goes to, and how to make it stop. The short version: you will only ever get a message from a person, and saying stop ends it immediately.
1.Who gets a text
Two groups. Churches in the Christian Fellowship Ministries directory, whose phone numbers are published in that directory or on their own website, may receive a message introducing CFMSite. And customers may receive a message about their own account, their site, or something they asked for.
2.What the messages are
Messages are written and sent individually by Ryan Ybarra. They are not sent by an autodialer or a marketing platform, they are not sent in bulk to a purchased list, and there is no campaign sending you a series of messages on a schedule. A reply reaches a person, not a system.
3.How to stop them
Reply STOP, or simply say you would rather not be contacted. Either works, it takes effect immediately, and no further message will be sent to that number for any reason. You do not have to explain and you will not be asked to reconsider.
You can also email [email protected] with the number you want removed.
4.Cost
CFMSite does not charge for text messages. Your own carrier’s standard message and data rates apply, as they would for any text.
5.What happens to your number
Phone numbers are used to contact you and nothing else. They are not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not passed to any other company for marketing. A number that has asked to stop is kept on a do-not-contact list for the sole purpose of making sure it is never messaged again.
The rest of what is collected and why is on the privacy policy page.
Questions about anything on this page, email [email protected] and a person will answer.
