Refunds and Cancellation

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and say you want to cancel. That is the whole process. No reason is required, there is no retention call, and it will be actioned within 2 business days. You will get written confirmation once it is done.

Yearly plans include 60 free days. Cancel at any point before day 60 and you are never charged anything at all. Your card is on file during the trial but is not billed until the trial ends.

Cancel any time. Your site stays online until the end of the month you have paid for, and there are no further charges. Part months are not refunded, because you keep the service for the rest of that month.

If you cancel within 14 daysof a yearly charge, you get that year’s payment back in full. After 14 days the current year is not refunded, your site runs to the end of the year you paid for, and nothing further is taken.

If you were billed after cancelling, billed twice, or billed an amount you did not agree to, say so and the money goes back in full. There is no time limit on that and no argument about it. Refunds return to the original card and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, which is Stripe’s timing rather than something CFMSite controls.

When your paid period ends, your site comes down. Your content is kept for 90 days afterwards, so if you come back within that window everything is restored as it was. Ask at any time and you will be sent a copy of your own content, including your text and images. That offer does not expire while your account exists, and it does not depend on you still being a customer.

Printed materials are a separate, one-off purchase and are not part of a subscription. Because each run is printed to order, a print order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it goes to the printer, and cannot be refunded once it has. You will be told when that point is reached. If an order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the proof you approved, it is reprinted or refunded, your choice.

Event graphics included with your plan are part of the subscription and are not separately refundable. Cancelling ends the service going forward; flyers and posts already delivered to you stay yours to use.
