Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026
This is the agreement between your church and CFMSite. Section 4 covers billing and renewal and is the part most people need, so it is written plainly and placed early.
1.Who this agreement is with
CFMSite is operated by Ryan Ybarra, a sole proprietor trading as CFMSite, at 9817 Gschwind St, El Paso, TX 79924. “You” means the church or person who signed up. Using the service means accepting these terms.
2.What you get
A website for your church, built from the information you provide, hosted at a yourchurch.cfmsite.com address, and kept online for as long as you are subscribed. Depending on your plan this includes automatic updates from your social media, search engine setup, event graphics, and Live Translation. Changes are made by emailing what you want changed; there is no editor to log into, and that is deliberate.
Event graphics, and what two a month means
Every plan includes two events each month. An event is one thing you are promoting, such as a revival, a conference, an outreach or a guest speaker. It is counted as one event, not as one file.
For each event you get a flyer laid out for printing, the same design cut for Instagram and Facebook, short videos you can post, and the event listed on your website. Tell us what the event is and we design it.
Printing is not included. If you want physical flyers printed and delivered to your church, that is quoted and paid for separately.
3.What you are responsible for
The content of your site is yours. You are responsible for having the right to use the words and images you send, including photographs of people, and for keeping the information on your site accurate. Do not use CFMSite to publish anything unlawful, or to impersonate another church or organisation.
If you believe something on a site hosted by CFMSite uses your copyrighted work without permission, email [email protected] with the page address, what the work is, and how to reach you. It will be looked at promptly, and material that should not be there is taken down.
4.Billing, trials, and renewal
Plans
Seed is $29 per month or $249 per year. Plant is $49 per month or $399 per year. Prices are in US dollars.
The free trial applies to yearly plans only
If you choose a yearly plan, the first 60 days are free. A payment method is collected when you sign up but is not charged during those 60 days. At the end of day 60, the first yearly payment is taken automatically, and the subscription then renews once a year until you cancel.
If you choose a monthly plan, there is no free trial. You are charged when you sign up and then once a month until you cancel.
Renewal is automatic
Both plans renew on their own, and your card is charged without any further action by you, until you cancel. You will receive an email reminder before a yearly renewal is taken.
How to cancel
Email [email protected] and say you want to cancel. No reason is required, nothing will be offered to talk you out of it, and it will be actioned within 2 business days. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your site stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered on the refund policy page.
5.Price changes
If the price changes, you will be told by email at least 30 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before it does. The price of a yearly term already paid for does not change part way through.
6.Who owns what
Your church owns its own content: your text, your photographs, your logo, your sermons. You keep all of it, and you can ask for a copy at any time. CFMSite owns the website template, the software and the design system underneath. Your subscription is permission to use those while you are a customer, not ownership of them.
7.Availability
CFMSite aims to keep your site online continuously, but does not promise a specific uptime figure, because promising one it cannot verify would be worth nothing. Maintenance, hosting provider problems and internet failures can all cause interruptions. Live Translation depends on a working internet connection in your building and on outside speech recognition services.
8.Ending the agreement
You can cancel any time under section 4. CFMSite may suspend or end your service if payment fails and is not resolved, or if the service is being used for something unlawful. Except in cases of unlawful use, you will be contacted before anything is switched off.
9.Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, CFMSite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. If you are a consumer outside the United States, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
11.Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that affects you, you will get an email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
Questions about anything on this page, email [email protected] and a person will answer.
